Nickie Garcia listens! She walks you through the process with grace and patience, and she doesn't try to push you in a direction you don't want to go. She is very observant, noting what may be beautiful but not always practical for your situation (my 85 old mother was part of the process, and Nickie realized quickly what her physical limitations are and made sure to guide us to homes that were appropriate for her while still addressing our wishlist). So much patience - she doesn't rush you at all. It was a wonderful experience!
